Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Houstonsigned Mold Help wants houstonsigned.living to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This page explains how we approach that. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
Our Goal
We want as many people as possible to use this site with ease. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That is a common standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To help, we aim to:
- Use clear headings and a sensible page order
- Add text descriptions for images that matter
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let people use the whole site with a keyboard alone
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets, and computers
- Write in plain, simple words
- Label every form field clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of this site may not fully meet these standards yet. Content from other companies, such as embedded tools or services, may be outside our control. We check the site now and then. We work to address problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of this site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider. Or email contact@houstonsigned.living, and we will do what we can to help.
Send Us Feedback
We welcome your thoughts on how accessible this site is. Email contact@houstonsigned.living and tell us:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened, and what you hoped would happen
- The browser, device, or assistive tool you used, if you know
We will read your message and reply with care.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never finished. As we update this site, we will keep it in mind and keep getting better.
